Start–to–finish dedication on all the essential services you would expect from an excellent real estate agent: analysis of the market value of your property, advice on asking price, advice on preparing your home for market and staging (see Catherine's Concierge below), recommendations of well-qualified vendors to prepare your home for market and inspectors, marketing strategy, calendar of events, private showings of your property to qualified buyers, option of show by appointment only, open houses, brokers tour, market updates, frequent communications and updates via your preferred method (e.g. email, phone, text), creative strategies when the unexpected arises if it does, vetting of strength of offers (e.g. has the buyer read the disclosures, how strong is the buyer financially, how committed is the buyer to purchasing your home, what and how long are any contingency periods, etc.), expert and focused negotiations on purchase offers towards a final purchase contract that is pleasing to you, closing support, and an overall well-managed and pleasant selling experience for you. 

CATHERINE'S CONCIERGESM

Design consultations by Catherine (and a design consultation by Catherine’s professional stager) of home preparation activities to maximize your sale price. Catherine’s Concierge helps you achieve higher net proceeds after home preparations than if you sold your home in existing condition. Custom design recommendations for home preparation and coordination of service providers and contractors providing any or all of: repairs, updating to make a home move-in ready and more consistently upgraded (e.g painting, flooring, light fixtures, door hardware, popcorn ceiling removal, bathroom fixtures), yard clean up and hauling, and landscaping. Catherine’s service providers and contractors provide consistently very good service quality at very good pricing. Different levels of service quality and pricing available on request.
